Yeah, he's getting on in his years. We just took him to get another teeth cleaning today and he lost 3 more teeth. One of them was his lower right fang. Raffy says he kinda looks like a cute villain from an anime, where they draw in a single fang on the lower lip. :) He's our little evil cat!

Wow. I don't understand how he's losing more and more teeth. Is it a genetics thing? Cuz he seems to be losing way more teeth than he should when you guys are constantly taking good care of him.
It makes me wonder about your vet. I've heard some horror stories of some vets' complete lack of regard for other people's animals. This sounds like they are almost butchering his mouth.
I've heard of a woman who got her dog back, only to find that it's ear had been cut off and super-glued back on.

The people there are very kind, the doctors care and give good advice. I looked up his condition on the internet and I know they are not butchering him. He was having some teeth problems, bleedy gums, and some blood around the lower canine tooth they extracted. I really wasn't surprised that it had to go. They even gave us some chews to get him to use the upper teeth he still has.
It's normal for elderly cats to loose teeth due to gum disease. Most cats, like people, are living longer lives. Moses is already 8 going on 9. He's healthy, happy, and as long as he can eat his Greenies, he's good to go!
I just didn't want him to have an infection. His ears are doing much better, although he hates it when I clean them! :D His cleaner smells nice, like shampoo, but he hates it.

Yeah, losing teeth can be common for cats as they get older. I remember that from my petsmart days. Simple fact is they get gum disease too and don't have the opposable thumbs to brush and floss.
